Project Description
The project scope involved full strip out of existing fixtures and fittings back to ‘core and shell’.
In partnership with third-parties installing new HVAC and electrical services, we provided a full range of general building work support through to fit-out handover.
Scope of works completed included the use of an innovative roof protection system designed to safeguard the long term integrity of the flexible roof membrane during HVAC construction works, as well as various staff welfare and housekeeping duties for the project duration.
